FasterNote: End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Licensee”) and GoldSlateNote, Inc. DBA FasterNote (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), governing your access to and use of the FasterNote software, website, and services (“Software Product” or “Services”).

By installing, accessing, or using FasterNote, you agree to be legally bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not install, access, or use FasterNote.

1. License Grant & Scope

FasterNote grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Software Product under the following conditions:

• Personal & Professional Use Only – You may only use the software for individual or licensed group usage under a valid subscription.
• No Distribution – You may not share, sublicense, sell, distribute, or resell your account or any portion of the Software Product.
• Authorized Devices – The Software may be used on multiple devices by the authorized user, but must not be shared with others.
• No Modification or Reverse Engineering – You may not modify, copy, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on FasterNote.

Failure to comply with these restrictions will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, sublicense, or resell the Software.
• Bypass security features or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Interfere with FasterNote’s operation, including through hacking, malware, or reverse engineering.
• Use FasterNote for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including violating data privacy laws.

Violation of these terms may lead to account suspension, legal action, and termination of this license.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

3.1 Ownership of Software & Content

• FasterNote retains all intellectual property rights to the Software Product, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary content, and algorithms.
• Users may edit and modify text within the Software, but FasterNote retains ownership of all predefined templates, generated content, and software features.

3.2 User Feedback & Suggestions

If you submit feedback or suggestions, FasterNote may use them freely without compensation or credit.

3.3 Third-Party Software & Open-Source Components

• FasterNote may contain open-source components licensed under their respective public licenses (MIT, GPL, Apache, etc.).
• We make no warranties regarding third-party software included within FasterNote.

4. Subscription, Payment & Refund Policy

4.1 Subscription Plans

• All plans auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Users may switch between plans, but no refunds will be issued when changing.
• Subscription prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4.2 No Refund Policy

• All payments are final – No refunds will be issued for unused portions, cancellations, or early terminations.
• Users have a one-time 24-hour free trial to evaluate FasterNote before subscribing.

4.3 Cancellation & Account Termination

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their FasterNote account settings.
• Access continues until the current billing period ends.
• No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time.

5. Privacy, Data Processing & Compliance

FasterNote is committed to protecting user data and complies with GDPR (EU), CCPA/CPRA (California), and other global privacy laws.

6. AI Functionality & Disclaimer

FasterNote integrates AI-powered features for text generation. AI-generated content may not always be accurate and should be reviewed by the user before use.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

FasterNote is provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasterNote shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

9. Termination & Breach of Agreement

FasterNote reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if any term of this EULA is violated.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of Nevada, United States.

11. Changes to This Agreement

FasterNote reserves the right to update this EULA at any time.
