Group License User Agreement

  1. Introduction

This Group License User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of FasterNote’s multi-user subscription plans and defines the responsibilities of both the license holder (“Account Owner”) and additional users (“Authorized Users”). By purchasing or using a group license, all parties agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Definitions
  • “Account Owner”: The primary individual or entity responsible for managing the group license.
  • “Authorized Users”: Individuals granted access under the group license.
  • “License Scope”: The terms, conditions, and limitations governing the group license.
  1. License Scope & Usage
  • A group license permits multiple users to access FasterNote under a single billing account.
  • Authorized Users must be employees, contractors, or members of the Account Owner’s organization.
  • The Account Owner is fully responsible for managing user access and ensuring compliance with this Agreement.
  1. User Access & Responsibilities
  • The Account Owner may assign or revoke user access at any time.
  • Authorized Users must not share login credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access the platform.
  • Users must comply with FasterNote’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  1. Subscription & Payment Terms
  • Group licenses are billed monthly or annually based on the selected subscription plan.
  • Adding or removing users may result in prorated charges or adjustments.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
  1. Account Ownership & Transfer
  • The Account Owner retains control over all associated users under the group license.
  • Group licenses cannot be resold, transferred, or shared outside of the designated organization.
  • In the event of ownership transfer, the new Account Owner must notify FasterNote support before the change takes effect.

  • FasterNote reserves the right to terminate or restrict access if violations of this Agreement are detected.
  1. Termination & Cancellation
  • The Account Owner may cancel a group license at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused portions.
  • If a violation occurs, FasterNote may suspend or terminate access without prior notice.
  • Users removed from a group license will immediately lose access to their account.

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nevada, United States.
