No Refund Policy

FasterNote operates under a strict no-refund policy.

• All subscription payments are final once a user subscribes to any of our plans.
• We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription, partial months, or early cancellations.
• Users have a one-time 24-hour free trial to evaluate the service before purchasing.
• If you do not wish to continue using FasterNote, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

This policy applies to all subscription types, including:

• Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
• Additional User Add-ons

Subscription Changes & Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds, users can change their subscription plans.

2.1 Upgrading or Downgrading Your Subscription

• Users may switch from a monthly to an annual plan or vice versa at any time.
• No refunds or partial credits are given when switching plans.
• The new plan will be prorated based on the remaining balance of the current billing cycle.
• The new plan’s price will take effect immediately upon change, and the next billing cycle will reflect the updated plan.

2.2 Adding or Removing Additional Users

• If you add more users to your subscription, charges will be prorated accordingly.
• If you remove users, the change will take effect in the next billing cycle, but no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for the remaining period.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings on our website.

3.1 How to Cancel

• To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing cycle.
• Monthly Plan Users: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.
• Annual Plan Users: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your yearly billing cycle.
• No refunds are provided upon cancellation.

3.2 Immediate Account Termination

Upon cancellation, your access to FasterNote will remain active until the current billing period ends. You will not be charged further after your plan expires.

Automatic Renewals & Failed Payments

4.1 Auto-Renewal Policy

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled.
• Users are responsible for canceling their subscription if they do not wish to continue using FasterNote.

4.2 Failed Payment Policy

• If a payment fails, users will be notified and given a 7-day grace period to update payment information.
• If payment is not received within 7 days, the account will be suspended until payment is processed.

5. Refund Exceptions (Only Where Legally Required)

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, certain jurisdictions may legally require refunds under specific conditions. In such cases, FasterNote will comply with applicable refund laws, which may include:

• Billing errors: If a duplicate charge occurs due to a system error, FasterNote will issue a full refund of the duplicate charge.
• Fraudulent transactions: If a user proves that their account was accessed without authorization and a fraudulent payment was made, a refund may be issued after investigation.
• Legal compliance: If local laws mandate refund options, we will adhere to those specific regulations for affected users.
